Complete our on-line visitor survey. The first completed survey drawn on 30th Jan 2009 will win £250 vouchers.
Promoted by Destination Shrewsbury, Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council.

This Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over excluding staff of Destination Shrewsbury and staff and retailers from Pride Hill Shopping Centre, Riverside Mall and Darwin Shopping Centre.
Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 23rd Jan 2009

The draw will take place on 30th Jan 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone call or if no contact can be made by letter. The winner may be required to take part in publicity e.g. newspaper photograph.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
All entries must be legible.
Only one entry per household will be permitted.
Only entries on this official form will be accepted.
The promoter reserves the right to alter the competition details if the need arises.
